With the mobile app, coming soon to the stores, they can clock in and out, see their schedule, file reports with photos and location, scan patrol checkpoints, leave handover notes, follow project tasks and message the team. Managers can also review and run their sites from the app.
You issue a card for a person with the areas and times it covers. At an access point, the app or a tablet kiosk checks the card and records the result, whether granted or refused. You can revoke a card at any time. It’s included in Premium with 5 access points and in Ultimate without a limit.
Premium includes payroll periods and export. Ultimate adds import files for ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks and Xero, plus API keys, signed webhooks, single sign-on and SCIM. If you depend on another tool, tell us and we’ll be clear about what exists.
